Bloody Tears

I bleed bloody tears
I scream bloody cries
I'm trapped inside a box
No one hears
no one sees
no one cares or fears for me
I'm fighting on my own
alone in this world of a billion people
how can it be so?
how can I be so alone?
that no one knows?
Isn't it obvious?
From my bloody tears that stain my pale stained face?
Apparently not for I'm still trapped inside a box
