I wish you could tell me
That everything will be alright
Almost just like I spoke
That last night.
I wish you could be here
To tell me it gets better
Just to hang in there and
Continue to be a goal setter.
I wish you could speak
To say anything to me
No matter what your imagination
Will have that be.
I wish you'd say something
It'll mean the world to me
I don't care if it doesn't make
Since, I will take it the way I see.
All I wish for is to hear
Your voice once again,
To have you once again here
Even if for just a minute.
