The loner

I sit in the corner,
I have no friends.
Around me no one lingers,
I am just a cootie they want to end.
I do not believe in friendship,
Because I never knew.
Away happiness slip,
Like a falling dew.
I am lonely,
But I do not care.
Sometimes I am sad,
But I do not regret.
