A letter to my missing friend
The one who I have loved most of all.
My best friend
He used to punch my arm and call me names
And copy homework and distract me in class.
My best friend
He wrote me letters and told me
What I needed to know about
Myself.
Now I am writing a letter to my missing friend
That one down there with the number 84
The one who loved me most of all.
Next time you talk
Tell him
My life's not the same without him.
