She is
She doesn't care for sunset
She doesn't care for dawn
She thinks that they are beautiful
But she likes the things beyond
Her hands are hard and callused
Her nose is far too big
But she has never seen her face
Except for in a mirror
She’s always hiding something
She always know the truth
She’s very good and lying
And great at being true
She likes to sing at midnight
She likes to sleep at noon
She likes to wake the others up
With her favorite tune
In the morning she is wise
In the night she is youthful
But there are times, not so often
When she’s just like me and you

I agree with them, I definitly thought of stargirl when I read this!
Your writing style is much different than mine, but that's not a bad thing.
I liked this... it was very blunt and to the point. I personally like long lacey descriptions, but that's just my opinion. Keep writing!
