Days passed and smiles faded
Down the steady stream of life
She annulled an anguished cry
Among the sands of her happiness
Her voice rendered her own silence
As the days rolled up the hill
Her soul gasped in pain
Sharp sunshine,
Soaked the sands of her happiness
Sun kissed mask, killed every memory
Even as they bring her back to life
