Ugly Organ

Maybe I need to get my heart checked out.
Open myself up and see if it’s ugly or pretty.
If it’s ugly, I get why you don’t want it.
But if it’s prettier, I guess I need to see her heart too.
Maybe that’s it.
Her heart organ is prettier than mine.
That makes sense.
Guess that’s why for you, it’s her not me.
