Perfect
Purr-fect
What a
Sweet-Sounding
Word
But it's not
Who can be Perfect?
It's just not
Possible.
You can only be
Close
Perfect is like pi
It's a number?
A thing
That goes on and
On
It's that mountain
You spend so many hours
On
Trying to reach for
It
You are so
close
to the top
But just as you
Reach up to grab
The tip,
It crumbles in
Your hand
You fall,
Air finally cooling the sweat on
Your
Hands
And you think,
Perfect
