"I believe in you and I believe in me, and I believe that we are not meaningless."
"What a waste of a perfectly good wrist."

Friends and loneliness
Never speaking, never saying
A black hole, an abyss
Encumbered with anxiety

Try to say something
Clever and cute
My friends star to cling
To each other and I’m alone

Desire to be
Something I’m not
Floating like a balloon
Endlessly, nothing in sight

So exhausted, lack of
Sleep and energy
Can’t giggle at everything, too tired

I feel boring and
Worthless and hopeless
And listless
Gone. A wisp of grass in the air

Give me something, a spark, of a firecracker, or the
Shine leftover from someone else’s sparkle

My hands sweat and
Tremble and I gulp
Give me a little something
To keep hanging on

Deep, sad, and powerful. The poem describes how I feel at times. You did a wonderful job; keep writing. :)
