who really cares

who really cares?
who really knows how you feel?
does any one care what happens to you?
do they not understand that life is not easy?
do they even care that life is hard?
do i have to live day by day hoping to find a light at the end of this dark tunnel?
all i really want to know is, does any one care how i feel?
who really understands what i go thought day in and day out?
who really cares if i make it in life?
will any one miss me, will they care, will they know my story, or will they pretend nothing happened and move on with there life???
