If you think you are a hypochondriac by definition aren't you?

Revolt
Revolt in favour of abandoning our country
In the idea that we can’t make it on our own
Why should we have to work so long
To earn what others have stayed in tall buildings
Inside years of hours to reach the top
While we stand outside waiting for them to emerge
Waiting to tell them that they’re taking away from us
From the population
From the ones standing for days in the streets
Showing them our message
That we’ll stand out here waiting for equality
While they hide inside their shell of work
Until they give us what we’ve worked to earn

I was actually scared to post this. I didn't want to get flamed, but it is what I think is happening.

Thanks! I have a tendency to be a bit sarcastic and it really does come out in this poem.

Well, this one took about 2 days but I have another that took over 2 weeks so I think it really depends on how many submissions they get.

I love it.  Very direct, yet you are also able to make it flow.  It gives your own analysis (which I greatly agree with having recently been barricaded in a convention center by Occupy DC) while in way opening it up to interpretation to degree.

I think this is very well done, I like how you draw a contrast between what they protest and how they are in reality acting. The fact that it is very sarcastic should not detract from the fact that it is a valid observation on the Occupy movement.
