I scrolled through my contact list and came up empty
The scorching reality of life has maimed and broken my legs
Knocked on my face, I need crutches. Who can I lean on?
I raise my head. There is no one.
No one at all in the wide windy field
I brush the hair from my face and stand by myself
But it only intensifies the pain
And I crumple again
