Seeing Nature
In this place
The warmth shines on my face
 Though the air is chill
I run up this dusty hill
 The trees are across
The way with lots of moss
 Colors are all around
 Listening to many sounds
 People chattering in the distance
 Happy feelings in this instance
 Clouds float puffily by
 Filled with contentment I sigh
Peaceful is this place around me
As I sit in nature I do see
 The work of God’s hands
 The music of natural bands
Lying in a field of waving grass
I come to peace in this mass
But when the sun goes down
There is still some beauty roun’
 Black is this deep night
But I will wait for morning’s light.
