My story isn't new
But may be different
Different to you
Well known to me
Horrible or terrific
It's a life
Weird and different
Nothing like yours
But it's mine
Tears of joy
It's nothing new
No joy in pain
From days of drowning
The pain I felt
Whats new now
A life worth living
People worth seeing
A heart that beats
The love I feel now
