Look for the layers
Maybe 3 or 5
Look under the shadow
The girl who's not truly alive
You have to be real
To be really free
You have to have strength
To have real dignity
The layers of clothes
The layers of make up
You think about that girl
Is she covering or stuck-up?
Maybe she's been beaten all night
Or she has to cover the cuts
Maybe she has no real friends
Is she covering or stuck-up?
Maybe she is trying to impress
With her curves and her D cup
But the question impress who
Is she covering or stuck up?
Is she real or fake
Under those many layers
No one can tell
If she is a faker
Its had not to judge
Its hard to shut up
When it’s the question
Is she covering or stuck-up?
