when i close my eyes
November 28, 2011
I finally closed my eyes
And I saw all the tears that I’ve cried
Just the words they spoke
It struck me like a lighting bolt
I never felt so hurt
Until I got kicked in the face with dirt
Those terrible moments never left my mind
I need the magic for my inner kind
I need to destroy the painful past
And make sure the pain doesn’t last
It comes to a point were I can take the pain
And lift it to the rain
And make the pain go away forever
I used to be so clever
And let those words slip away
But then my eyes open day by day
Night by night
And I then relies that the dream of no pain
In never in range
