Until We Meet Again
For many years, dear,
I have lived half a life
 You and I, dear
Were to halves, and now you've passed on, dear
There was only one half left

In that little half life, dear
 I did not grow,
I aged but did not change,
For with half a life, there is nothing

 Now, dear,
I beg your memory for forgiveness
For I have found love again, dear
 Don't worry my sweet
 I will never forget you
You will forever be in my heart

 But now, my lovely
 I don't live half a life
I have found someone who makes me whole again

 So now I live
 Until we meet again, dear
 I will be happy

 Until we meet again
 I will live
