Paths
There are too many paths
 Too many choices
Yet you expect me to choose
 Not a single one
 Stands out among the rest
 Not one
 Is just for me
Should I take the path less traveled by?
Or the one that everyone follows?
Should I follow the winding road that meanders for miles?
Or the road that stops short of nowhere?
 How should I know?
You cannot expect me to know where these paths will take me
For I can only see right in front of me
 I know that someday
I will be forced to choose
And my destination will become clear
 But that someday
 Is not today
 So how
Do you expect me to choose?
For I can only see right in front of me
