Embracing Flaws
Everywhere I look
 I see Beautiful
 Beautiful people
 Beautiful places

 I look at the mirror
 I see Flaws
 Flaws with my appearance
 Flaws I can't hide

 Does everyone else
 Simply not have Flaws?
 Or have they perfected
A way to hide their own?

I can't be the only one
 With Flaws to hide
 Certainly I'm not alone
 Am I?

 I look around again
 Maybe Beautiful has Flaws
 Maybe Beautiful
 Doesn't mean Perfection

I look at the mirror again
 I see Flaws
 But beneath those Flaws
 Beautiful is hiding there

 I'm done trying
 To please the mirror
 Embracing my Flaws
 Leads me to find Beautiful
