The choices you make

You have the choice to eat
To sleep
To drink the peroxide that's sitting on bathroom sink
To cut
To step out in front of a vehicle
To take another pill to ease the pain
To hold that blade so close to you're skin
And you can feel the cold, sharp steel,
yet that's as far as you can make it
To put the bottle half full of pills down
To walk out of the bathroom okay
To just walk away
To cry
To just talk
Every day is a choice
Ive made my choice clear as day
