Inside me lies the couch of laziness, rotting my sense of smell
Inside me lives a lioness that is so lonely now, for when she left to feed her cubs, the river swept her away.
Inside me growls a hunger to run with the ocean, let it sweep me away.
Inside me cries a small child, staring at a watch.
Inside me runs a speeding tire, sharp with points of attitude.
Inside me bounces the never ending sky that travels here and there, but never goes far.
Inside me tails a deep dark secret that will never be released.
Inside me it creeps and crawls, looking for a better future but never finding anything close to what will suffice.

There is no such thing as nothing, yet there is such thing as nothing, simply because there is nothing such as nothing.

I like this piece too. I remember doing an inside me poem last year in school. You've just encouraged me to publish mine!
