If I could have anything in the world, it would be my first love
The love between us would be legit, real, and forever
We would hold hands and watch the sun set
We would kiss in the rain, and it would be mediocre. My foot would be up.
You would call me pretty on my ugliest days
We would go skinny dipping in a beautiful ocean
And you would always be there for me, always.
I’m sorry, I’m so foolish.
I know that love is an impossible thing to have
