Don’t you hear that crackle of a storm?
Don’t you hear the boom of the thunder?
The storm is approaching from near and far,
Getting so close, you cant hear your heart,
Then you hear a small pitter patter,
On the roof where you live,
The storm is here,
Don’t you hear?
Its not near, its here,
The boom of the thunder,
The crackle of the lightning,
The singing rain,
The storm rumbles and roars above us,
Then it finally passes us,
No more sounds are heard,
No more pitter patter of the rain,
No more rumbles of the thunder,
Or the crackle of the lightning,
There goes the sound.

This poem is beautiful. The word flow was great. There was a distinct you, as the author, had. It was a great piece.
