Susie
When momma took me to the store,
I knew she was the one.
I walked in and her
Long
Golden
Hair
Glowed in the light peering through the glass window.
I walked over to her,
And she said to me,
Pick me! I will be your best friend!
And that day,
I did make my best friend.
Susie and I are like white on rice.
I tell her all my secrets,
And never has she told a soul,
But we’re sisters,
So how could she?
We like to play hide and seek,
I hide,
She seeks.
But I usually win,
For she gives up very easily.
She’s a very picky eater.
I try to feed her everything,
But she just spits it out,
But I don’t judge her.
Sometimes she is shy,
And doesn’t talk to anyone.
But when we are alone,
She’s like a parrot,
Chatting until she can’t say anymore.
I love Susie,
She is my best friend.
She will always be there for me,
And when I grow up,
My love for her,
Will never dwindle.
Because we’re sisters,
So how could it?
