He is the most paralyzing thing anyone could ever meet
He sends shivers down your spine with icy fingers
He spreads cold through your veins
He grips your heart, trying to freeze it still

Your mind speeds up your thoughts
Your mind slows down time
Your mind panics and shrieks-
Do this now to escape!

The route to run away from Him is to
Give up,
Back down,
Or let opportunity slide past

He is a great and powerful knight
That torments you without cease
That stops you in your tracks

You have a brilliant Sword
That can slice through His cold might
That can send Him scurrying away

The thought of facing Him
Is enough alone to
Dissuade your resolve

He terrifies you
He chills you to the bone
You believe what He tells you
You don’t think you can conquer

You let Him stop you
From standing up
From taking a risk
You let Him hold you in shackles

You decide to leave
The Sword in its sheath

Very good. I like it!
