A soft tear slid down my cheek.
Would it be a dream of yours
To be conceived in my heart,
Born in my eyes,
And die on my lips?
You’re the reason for my tears.
A soft gnawing in my gut,
Knowing this is the way it will be
Forever.
Forever,
Such a small word
But a long time.
Longing to be in your arms,
Seeking for your love?
