Atop My Wall

sitn on top of my wall,
lookn down at it all,
seein things from way before,
seein new things to explore.
feet dangling over the brick,
eyes looking for which memory to pick,
one of good things from the past,
or some of the bad things that didnt last.
sitn here i look and see,
see what this world has done to me,
scared to jump, fly or fall,
as i sit atop my wall
