Sometimes it’s harder to forget,
Than it ever was to remember,
Occasionally it’s more difficult to smile and look strong,
Than to frown and let the teardrops fall,
Because even if you can forget the big picture,
You always remember the minute details,
Especially of the life you wanted.
And so we cast our dreams away,
Like fairy boats into deep blue waters,
Sometimes it’s harder to let go,
Then it ever was to hold on
