Lucifer
Wings as quiet as a breeze,
Feathers dark as night,
He sweeps in like a mist.
His eyes hold beauty beyond words,
But still so dark.
He is evil.
His eyes show the rotting in his soul,
So quickly lost is the glimmer of light.
Even faster comes the dark,
Blurring right from wrong,
Making him fall from grace faster.
He hits the ground.
Immortal, but fallen,
He will never see such beauty again.
Lucifer's has had his chance.
