I Miss Him
For the first time in two years,
I missed him.
I missed his perfect hugs
I missed him telling me how perfect our first kiss will, would be
I missed him singing to me with his guitar
I missed his soft blond hair
I missed his happy smile
I missed his deep innocent hazel eyes
I missed how special he always made me feel
I missed him
But I have to face the truth.
He’s not mine.
Wasn’t then and he surely isn’t now
I chose a different path
One filled with
Pain
Loneliness
Abuse
What I would give to go back and go with him
It’s to late now
So I’ll just sit her a remember him
I miss him
