I’m lost in a world
Where love is banned
And friends are scarce.
Where right and wrong
Hold no meaning
And emotional pain
Happens daily.
I’m lost in a world
Where you don’t know who you are
Or what you will become.
Where men make no sense
And emotions run wild.
I’m lost in a world
Where love is golden
And cherished as a prized possession.
Where pain is regular
And tears run more than water.
I’m lost in a world
That is commonly know
As high school.
