Step by ginger step
I watched you walk Away-
Filled with Longing
Wishing you to turn back-
When will I see you again?
How long must I wait?
Languishing in your absense-
I still await your Return
In the calm dim of my room
I sit and reflect at my window seat
I gaze down the Grass
Watching you Footsteps fade-
Willing you to return
I will sit here upon this window seat
And gaze down the Grass
