Yesterday's pain
Will haunt me no longer
I will rise above it
No tears shall fall today
I am getting a grip
Yesterday's pain
Is in the past
Time to let go
Clearing my mind
Clearing my soul
Yesterday's pain
Cannot be true on this day
I have forgotten it all
I won't be brought down again
For today is a new day
Yesterday's pain
Is not today's misery
I'm breaking free of this cage
Breaking these chains that hold me
Killing the pain upon me
