As I touched him,
thoughts of him
ripped and clawed at my heart.
Rip,
rip.
These thoughts of him
dragged their talons
across our memories.
Rip,
rip.
They cut through my heart
and gouged all of our kisses
to pieces.
Rip,
rip.
They scratched and they scathed
until they tore you
right out of my chest.
Rip,
rip.
Thoughts of him
consumed every ventricle
until my heart
Forgot about you.
