Beauty of a Dream
You took my hand
 As it slowly went cold
 You pulled me close
 And held me tight
In this dreaded World of Night

 You saved my life
 Then took my hand
And led me into a distant land
 With flowers glowing bright
 And a river running deep
You went and showed me every delight

 The lightning cracked down
 Lighting up the world
 As the rain ran down
 My tilted up face
 I laughed at the boom
 You squeezed my hand
 And then I knew

 That when i looked down
 You'd hold me tight
 And never let go
 Until you kissed 'Goodnight'

 As you started to move
 I opened my eyes
 To my sleek white room
