I hate this awful feeling that lasts so long
I try, but I can’t hold on
I hate the way you wear that smile
I want to make you walk ten thousand miles
In my shoes and then you’ll know
What causes me to feel this low
No need for your sympathy
Just please be understanding
Of what it’s like
To be on an uphill hike
To want to give up without a fight
To say I'm done without a sound
Please, help me be found

hey! well written. i like the whole theme and 'hate the way you smile' is very catchy line. good thinking......although at one point, the poem feels caught up in the rhyme scheme. inconsistent rhyming actually adds power to a poem...so next time! :D

great work and keep writing :D
