Reckless abandon
temporary love
Long walks
A real life.
Longing isn't strong enough
To tell what i feel
it's more than that
a want almost too fierce to contain.
Old dirt roads
A beat up truck
staring up at the stars
Tracing each other's scars.
Longing isn't strong enough

It's more than that

It's a want,
i never want
To contain
but it's not a choice.
