Screaming
Shattered
I’m all alone
Trapped in my cell
Screaming
Always screaming
Reaching out for help
But my hands go unnoticed
There is nothing to do
Nothing to say
Nothing to feel
Except the screaming
Always the screaming
Won’t anybody help me?
They won’t hear me
Because
I am deserted
And isolated
Sitting in my broken sorrow
Yelling
Talking
Crying
Singing
It doesn’t matter
They still won’t hear me
They see me, though
All alone
I know they do
Yet they don’t do a thing
I’m shattered
All alone
Trapped in my cell
Silent
It seems
They won’t hear
But I’m screaming
Always screaming
