Daily Coronation
The sun lazily slipping down the majestic sky,
My rosy cheeks ripening as if they were peaches,
I bow down, my face and hands nestling against the crisp grass,
My eyes still staring at the blinding sun,
That brilliant crown dethroning today,
The sun is sliding reluctantly down the royal sky,
My longing for it to stay is great,
But less that my wanting for a new king to rise
