I smile as I walk away,
Because the things she said just made my day,
And the way she shines like the golden sun,
It makes the fear and pain just start to run.

And I don't think she sees.

And when I'm near her she's all I can focus on.
And I would tell you what I'm feeling but I don't know what's going on.
I can't help but think about her when we're apart.
Thinking about how much she holds my heart.

And I don't think she sees.

She makes me laugh, without making a sound.
And I can't help but wonder what she thinks as she turns around,
And together we look up at the sky,
Wondering if we could ever learn how to fly.

And I don't think she sees.

If she would just take my hand together we'd soar,
But I don't know if I can wait anymore.
So now I look up at the stars the whole night through,
Knowing how if feels to be alone. Me without you.

And I don't think she sees...
What she means to me.

Love is a two way street. If you find yourself on a one-way road, it's time to take the next turn off.
