No matter what I say or do
I cannot stop loving you
I’ve tried and tried and tried again
To see if I could make another friend
But those all ended very bad
And that made me very sad
That I could not find someone like you
Cause you is who I compare them to
I wish I could just move on
So that there may be another dawn
But I am stuck in the dark with you
From which no light can shine through
I wish that we could be together
For it is I who will love you forever
