Among the winds of change,
Comes one mighty strong.
They bring forth love and joy.
They wash out the sorrow.
They make laughter come.
And they destroy the tears.
I know this mighty one.
She makes her friends smile.
Bringing sunshine to the eye of a storm.
That mighty one is Me
I am the best.
I am important.
Next time you feel low,
Remember this chant;
‘I am loved, I am smart,
I do help.
I am Important.’
