Me, By Naomi
Taken by surprise,
Was the girl with no hate.
Her hopes were shattered,
It must have been fate.
The pain from the taken,
The long, hard nights.
Her mind was dark,
Filled with fright.
A fight like no other,
She remained silent in thought.
The darker her mind,
The harder she fought.
Rivers of agony,
Her sanity dissapearing.
Then came forth words her heart held,
A light reappearing.
"You asked for a poem,
Well, this is my story.
Once lost and now found,
In my own glory."
The sign of light in the dark,
Could it be?
Yes, i am sure of it.
Now, i am free.
