To Be Mine
Delicate. Fragile. Careful.
Those blue waves, always foamy.
Beauty is a cloud, the follower.
Hope is a rock, steadfast as it travels.
Words in this verse, simply put together.
Shattered. Broken. Apart.
And so, what is this? A jumble of literature?
The timeless definitions may fade.
But the new life is mine.
The old tossed like the fool.
Delighted. Exuberant. Ecstatic.
Taking it in, it's mine.
The way I am.
All these words have a place.
And they have finally seemed to have reached it.
Distraught. Upset. Crumble.
All to be mine.
