Enjoying the few moments of peaceful life
A few swigs of this
A few puffs of that
To dull it all
To forget the screams the shout
To remember the laughter and giggles
To remove the undeserving medals
To remove the flowing skirts
To feel the joy
Instead of pain
To enjoy these laughing faces
And hate the painful grimaces
