Boldly she stood up
Nervously her fingers twiddled
Solidly she planted her feet but,
The dizziness didn’t subside
Impulsively she decided to speak
Softly she took the hands in hers
Fearfully she brought her eyes up
Fearfully she gazed
Quietly she whispered,
“Everything you do, you do
Beautifully”

The author's comments:
In my English class we were told to write a poem containing adverbs at the beginning of each line. My poem turned out to be better than I intended, considering the strict guidelines.
