Hurricane
I was born of the ocean
 My warm and salty bed
 I made waves swell
 My warning skies red
 With my warnings ignored
 An anger had sparked
 I took path to land
 Intentions now dark
 I ruined your towns
 I conquered, I fed
The same thing, in fact, my ancestors did
 Only those that are brave
 Know the secret I hide
They’ve stayed long enough to look me in the eye
 There I keep peace
 I paint creamsicle skies
The most beautiful calm that you’ll feel in your life
