Over the screaming fans
Chanting your name in your head.
The new Tony Stark,
Super hero under a shield of electronics,
Brains that helped you get here,
And cocky instinct that keeps you here.
80…90…100mph
Deep breathe
Too much exhaust
You’re hurt
Will they win?
Surrounded.
No where to hide
Stay and fight?
Or time to fly?
110…120…130mph
Jab
Rocket blasters!
Super speed
Black and white checkered flag
You lose
No red head with plastic double D’s
Just a crashed death trap and a second place trophy.
