I walk around in green pastures

Wondering what is gonna happen next

I have all these questions in m head

Waiting impatient for all the answers.

I pet the horses and talk to God

Confessing my sins and asking for forgiveness

Telling him all the questions I have for him

Hoping really soon for the answers.

I lay down in the cold grassy field

Waiting to see if God will give me some hints

It gets dark and lonely out in the field

And i still havent got the answers.

I get in my truck and ride home

Taking a shower and going to bed

I wake up with no answers at all

I guess some prayers are better left unanswered
