Through the Woods
As I roam through the woods,
On this beautiful night,
Under the bushes demons lurk, just of sight.
Above, the moon darts and dashes
Between the clouds she hides,
Until everything is in shadows.
Above is an indistinct form, shrieking with laughter
As I come to the pond, I wash my hands of the blood,
Behind, I leave all I knew and loved.
Beneath the ground he is buried,
But no one shall know,
Except the demons that are lurking.
